This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By making any purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

These Services involve substantial investment in development, intellectual property, and ongoing delivery. Once access is granted, the educational value has been delivered, and that value cannot be returned or restored to the Company.

If you have made a purchase but have not yet been granted access to any course materials, recorded content, community platforms, software, or other deliverable Services, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase. Once any access has been granted, no refund will be issued.

Refund requests for Services purchased at promotional pricing, bundled with other Services, or as part of a multi-tier program are subject to additional restrictions:
Free content provided by the Company (including but not limited to free training videos, newsletters, lead magnets, and blog posts) is offered "as is" with no refund or compensation available, as no payment was made.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you reviewed and accepted the price at the time of purchase. Subsequent changes to pricing for other customers do not entitle you to any refund or credit.
All prices are in the currency specified at purchase (typically United States Dollars or Canadian Dollars). Currency conversion charges, foreign transaction fees, and similar charges imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility and are not refundable by the Company.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment. The Company is not responsible for currency fluctuations between the date of purchase and the date of refund.
